Scope and Content:

This subseries consists of records relating the creation of materials used to promote the St. Roch and its concomitant collection to public.  Examples of such material include, but are but not restricted to, educational packages, pamphlets, and brochures.  The materials were predominantly created by Parks Canada. The record forms included in this subseries include press releases, collection surveys, ephemera, reports, notes, event agendas, menus, published materials, photographs, guest lists, correspondence, budgets, educational packages, bulletins, and marketing surveys.
