Scope and Content:
This series consists of records relating to the administration of the St. Roch both by Parks Canada and the Vancouver Maritime Museum. The records in this series reflect the broad range of activities carried out in the initial preservation of the St. Roch and its continued maintenance and display. The scope of the records in this series also includes smaller items in the collection which are related to the St. Roch. The series includes memoranda, correspondences, notes, proposals, budgets, photographs, plans contact sheets, manuals, negatives, handbooks, logs, receipts, invoices, reports, newspaper clippings, schedules, committee papers, published materials, blue prints, proposals, architectural specifications, ephemera, charts, manuscripts, questionnaires, forms, press releases, collection surveys, event agendas, menus, guest lists, educational packages, bulletins, marketing surveys, guest books, minutes, agreements, contracts, inventories, and directives.
