This subseries consists of records which were created and received in the course of the administration of events at the museum related to the St. Roch. These include but are not restricted to events such as the ceremony for the opening of the St. Roch Shelter, specific exhibits that centered around the St. Roch and awards ceremonies. Records in this subseries take the form of ephemera, proposals, notes, clippings, correspondence, guest books, reports, plans, and receipts.
