Scope and Content:

This subseries consists primarily of semi-annual reports of the St. Roch predominantly created by Henry Larsen.  These typically biannual reports detail in brief the activities of the St. Roch and her crew during a specified period of time.  This subseries also includes other more miscellaneous reports.  This latter group is primarily composed of reports relating to specific incidents aboard the ship.  The majority of these reports pertain to difficulties with various pieces of the ship’s equipment.  Records in this subseries consist of reports, both in their original format and in mechanically reproduced forms, as well as published materials and cairn messages.
