Scope and Content:

This subseries consists of material relating to the management of the St. Roch collection. These records focus on activities such as the receipt of donations, the creation of inventories, notes on the interpretation items, security measures and issues specifically pertaining to this collection.  This subseries contains information relating to both the three dimensional artefacts that form the St. Roch Collection as well as the Henry Larsen’s book collection. Records in this series take the form of correspondence, notes, minutes, memoranda, plans, agreements, contracts, clippings, invoices, receipts, inventories, budgets, and directives.
